General Terms for All Promotions
Promotions or discounts offered or provided by PreeSocial Jamaica (the “Promotion” or “Promotions”) are not valid with any other offers and are non-transferrable. Promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law, or where registration or other requirements would apply but have not been met, or where the methods of participation in the Promotion would be a consideration. All local laws apply.
Promotion terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. PreeSocial Jamaica reserves the right to modify or terminate a Promotion at any time and for any reason without notice.
All promotions are further subject to PreeSocial Jamaica’s Terms and Conditions.

Additional Promotion Terms
Valentine's Day Special, Offers valid through February 28, 2025
This promotion offers a 1-3 page informational website for $10,000 upfront plus $5,000 per month for 12 months. The package includes a homepage, service/product page, and contact page, along with a free domain and shared hosting for one year and one professional email address. The package includes one year of free domain and shared hosting. After the first year, standard domain and hosting renewal fees apply. After the initial 12-month period, a required maintenance fee of $2,500 per month applies for ongoing support. Maintenance includes basic updates but excludes new feature additions or major redesigns.
A 50% upfront payment ($5,000) is required to initiate the project. The remaining $5,000 is required upon domain name purchase and launch of a “Coming Soon” page. The monthly $5,000 fee is due on the same date each month for 12 months after project completion. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. Payments must be made before the completion of the project due to the discounted rate.
The client must provide all necessary content, including text and images, for the website. Content writing is available for an additional $5,000 fee. Any delay in providing content may result in project delays.
Estimated delivery time will be communicated before project initiation based on availability. The timeline may extend if additional features are purchased. Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content submission) may result in rescheduling. Additional website features can be purchased separately. Each additional feature may extend the agreed-upon delivery date.
Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. If the client cancels before completion, no refunds will be issued for work already done. If the client fails to complete payments, services may be discontinued, and the website may be taken offline.
PreeSocial Jamaica is not responsible for any losses due to third-party service failures (e.g., hosting provider issues, domain registrar failures). The client agrees that the website design is provided “as is” and PreeSocial Jamaica is not liable for any indirect damages.
By making the initial payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.

Websites for Less Promotion, Offers valid through August 31, 2022
Customers who wish to be a part of the promotion must make the full payment of $20,000 online or by requesting an invoice for payment. Once payment has been made the client will be added to the limited offering and begin the process of developing their website.
The $20,000 website purchase includes a three-page web design, free domain name and hosting for 1-year along with a business email and a contact form. Websites created under the promotion are subject to a maintenance fee of $2,000 per month.
Please note that these websites are promotional and can only be edited and maintained by us at PreeSocial. If you would like a website with editing privileges please contact us for an estimate. All sales prices are final and any services purchased will incur a cancellation fee which will be determined by PreeSocial Jamaica based on the amount of work done.
Reduced Pricing Offers valid through August 31, 2022
Reduced pricing on select services is as marked and is subject to change without notice. Past purchases are not eligible for reduced pricing. Discounts may only apply to a specific service type while similar services are not marked down. Offers are limited and non transferrable. Reduced pricing can be combined with other discounts and coupon codes. All sales prices are final and any services purchased will incur a cancellation fee which will be determined by PreeSocial Jamaica based on the amount of work done.
