You can make payments in several ways at PreeSocial Jamaica. You can make payments by cash or bank transfer via commercial banks. We also offer electronic invoices you can pay using your debit or credit card through international companies such as Stripe and PayPal.

Graphic Design FAQs

We start all projects by thoroughly discussing the details of the project with you to understand your vision, ideas and specific requirements. We may ask for samples of existing designs that you like. After our initial discussion, we create an initial design which is then forwarded to you for feedback. We listen carefully to your feedback, offering solutions and advice to any issues that may arise. If any alterations are required, these are made, and the amended design is resubmitted to you for approval.

As we do our best to ensure we fully understand your needs before proceeding with a design, we generally stick to three revisions. However, we are very dedicated to our clients and will provide additional support where needed.

We rarely miss the mark when completing our designs. However, we are completely open to starting over if you hate the first draft. We will work with you to ensure we are going in the right direction.

You do! All designs purchased are 100% yours once the project is fully complete and paid for. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.

For graphic design projects totalling $3,000 and under, we require full payment before starting the project. For projects above $3,000, an initial payment representing 50% of the total is required. The remainder of the balance is payable upon completion of the job. We accept payment in the form of cash, electronic payments or bank transfer.

Once we have received the final payment, we email the files in document(pdf) and image(png) format. For editable versions a request must be made and pricing arrange prior to the start of the project.

We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on our production schedule and the size of the project. However, a rush fee is added to your total design charge. Contact Us for more information.

Branding FAQs

We generally start by discussing your vision for your company then we help to determine the core message and tagline. This outlines what your brand will be about.  Then we begin by designing a logo (or redesigning if you already have one).We then move onto the branding style board, social media kits, and other marketing materials (business cards, brochures, labels, ads, etc.)

The branding style board helps you organize your brand so that it is instantly recognizable and also consistent. It includes determining the voice you plan to use, a typography palette, color palette, image style and of course, your logo.
